Hole 5 – Blind Pig

As the name suggests, it is impossible to see the exact pin position on this short par 3. Do your best by using the flags (Blue=back, white=middle, red=front) and who knows, you may walk up to the pin to find your ball sitting at the bottom of the cup!

Hole 7 – Whisky Hollow

A hole where you can take the driver out and let it fly. Trees do line the right side of the hole and sparadically along the left.

Hole 8 – Black Jack Beauty

A semi-blind tee shot. Aim for the tall tree that stands alone on the right side of the fairway. This will set you up for a great approach shot.

Hole 9 – Perkin’s Ace

An excellent closing hole that brings you right to the doorstep of the clubhouse.

About The Owl Course

Do you resist the temptation to “air it out?” The Owl course — our original nine — is an executive layout lined with mature red pine, black walnut and pin-cherry trees. Reachable Par-4’s tempt long hitters to go for the green, but errant tee shots are severely penalized. There is no water on this nine, but trees define every fairway and surround each green. A good test of one’s iron and short games.
